01Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings defined below:

02Eligibility to Use Games 32

Use of the Games 32 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Games 32 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market under any circumstances.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only. Corporate, institutional, or professional betting syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Games 32 account. Each person may hold only one account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of Games 32 or any of its software or data supply partners.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement that would prevent your use of online gambling services.

03Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of Games 32 services, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

04Deposits and Payments

Games 32 accepts deposits in PKR through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All payment methods used must be registered in the player's own name and match the identity on file for the Games 32 account.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your Games 32 PKR balance instantly in most cases. Delays of up to one business day may occur for IBFT transfers.
• Games 32 does not accept deposits made using funds sourced from another person's payment account. Third-party deposits are flagged and returned.
• Games 32 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the player's responsibility.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are using are legally yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

05Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal requests.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification — identity document and selfie confirmation. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is 60 minutes. High-value withdrawals (above Rs 100,000) may take up to 24 hours for additional security review.
• Games 32 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Players who have received a bonus may be required to complete the associated wagering requirement before any portion of the account balance becomes withdrawable, depending on the specific bonus terms.

06Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Games 32 are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the relevant market page.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. If odds change between adding a selection to the bet slip and confirming, Games 32 will notify the player and offer acceptance or cancellation.
• Games 32 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time — particularly in-play markets — without prior notice. Bets placed before suspension are honoured; bets in progress at the time of suspension may be voided.
• Manifest errors in odds — where a price is clearly erroneous compared to the true market — may result in bet voiding. Games 32 will notify affected players directly.
• Postponed or abandoned events: if a sporting event is postponed and does not commence within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Abandoned events follow sport-specific rules published in the relevant section.
• Accumulator bets: if one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining valid selections and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
• The maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator on Games 32 is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees). Bets with calculated potential returns above this limit will have stakes adjusted automatically.

07Casino Games and Virtual Sports

All casino games and virtual sports on Games 32 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or external party. RNG certification is renewed annually.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are displayed within each game's information panel. These figures are theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees for any individual session.
• Virtual sports outcomes are RNG-determined using statistical weightings derived from in-platform team and player data. They are completely independent of real-world sporting events.
• Technical malfunctions in any casino game or virtual sport will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned. If a round has partially paid out before the malfunction was identified, the payout may be reversed and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to independent verification before payment. Games 32 reserves up to 7 business days to verify and pay progressive jackpot prizes above Rs 10,00,000.

08Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each promotion is published with its own specific terms — wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and payment method restrictions. Those specific terms take precedence over this section where they differ.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Games 32 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to place bets or claim promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any Games 32 market, game, or system.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or manifest pricing mistakes.
• Initiating payment chargebacks after placing bets or after withdrawals have been refused for legitimate reasons.
• Providing false identification or age information during KYC verification.
• Using Games 32 to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Any behaviour that Games 32 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward the platform's staff, systems, or other players.

10Account Suspension and Closure

Games 32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• At the player's own request — for any reason, including responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed after notice).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be refunded via the player's registered payment method after identity confirmation.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Games 32 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at games32.bet/privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Key principles:

• Personal data is collected only for purposes directly related to operating your Games 32 account, processing transactions, and complying with legal obligations.

Games 32 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from placing bets on Games 32, regardless of the outcome.
• Loss of data or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues outside Games 32's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform where that information was accurate at the time of display.

14Changes to These Terms

Games 32 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated version will always be available at games32.bet/terms-conditions with the revision date shown at the top.

Continued use of the Games 32 platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept an update to these terms, you should close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
